2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use these systems only for legitimate company business. Specifically you agree to:
Use the system only as part of your duties for HuangMotor M Sdn Bhd
Report a lost or stolen device to administration immediately
Not attempt to access data outside your assigned permissions
Not export, copy, or share company data with any unauthorized party
3. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
Share login credentials or passkeys with anyone, including co-workers
Attempt to circumvent access controls or escalate privileges
Use automated tools (scraping, scripts) to access the system
Disclose internal pricing, customer, or financial data outside the company
Use the system to harass, defame, or harm other employees
Introduce malware, viruses, or vulnerabilities into the system
4. Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in any of the following, at the Company's sole discretion:
Immediate revocation of access
Internal disciplinary action up to termination of employment
Civil or criminal legal action where damages are caused
5. Data Accuracy & Service Availability
The system is provided as-is. Information shown (pricing, calculations, stock, etc.) may contain errors. Always verify before making commitments to customers or third parties. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on system data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime, performance, or data preservation. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Data Loss
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we do not guarantee against data loss from outages, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or factors beyond our control. The Company is not liable for any such loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, business data, customer information, pricing, and proprietary methods on the system are the exclusive property of HuangMotor M Sdn Bhd. Nothing in your use of the system grants you any ownership or license except as required to perform your job.
8. Privacy
Your use of the system is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
